Freddie Freeman FINALLY gets his World Series Ring!

"1,565 games. 1,704 hits. 271 home runs. 5 All-Star appearances. 3 Silver Sluggers. 1 Hank Aaron Award. 1 MVP. 1 World Series title. " That's what the Atlanta Braves wrote in a tweet that went out featuring the video that was played at Truist Park before former First Baseman Freddie Freeman, now an L.A. Dodger, recieved his 2021 World Series Ring.

The video that I cried ALL the way through!

I've been an Atlanta Braves fan for as long as I can remember. No really, I remember my Dad driving us to the store on April 8, 1974 and listening on the radio as Hank Aaron hit Home Run #715 and broke Babe Ruth's record. I tell you that because I have been through a lot of ups and downs with the Atlanta Braves!

The day I heard Freddie Freeman was no longer going to be wearing an Atlanta Braves uniform was definitely one of the lowest points and saddest days.

Apparently, I am not alone. A sold out crowd Truist Park gave him a huge heart warming welcime "home" and "Thank You" standing ovation Friday night that brought Freeman and the rest of the statium to tears!
