Women Kicked Off Flight For Complaining About 'Terrorist' Muslim Passengers

A redeye flight from Dalaman, Turkey to London Gatwick Airport was delayed by 70 minutes after two female passengers had to be removed from the plane. The women started screaming at three Muslim men who were wearing white prayer robes.

They called the men "terrorists" and claimed they were a "threat" to the plane and demanded that the flight attendants remove them.

"They went to the front of the plane, spoke to the flight attendants and attempted to get the three men removed by stating that they are 'disgusting' and 'a threat," Shanea Kerry, who was on the flight, told the Independent.

After arguing with the flight attendants in the front of the aircraft, the women were asked to leave. They were escorted off the plane by the police as other passengers shouted at them and called them out for their racist comments.

It is unclear if they were taken into custody after they left the plane or if they are facing charges for their racist tirade.

Thomas Cook Airlines confirmed the incident and issued a statement apologizing for the delay.

“Two passengers on flight MT105 from Dalaman to London Gatwick were removed from the aircraft by police following offensive behaviour on board. The safety of our customers and crew is always our first priority and we do not accept this kind of behaviour on our aircraft. We are sorry to our customers for the delay this caused to their flight."
